Our flagship store in the heart of the Lake District

Starting in the basement, we have a great selection of footwear and backpacks which you can book a 1-2-1 fitting appointment with our expert team to ensure you get the perfect fit, we also have a range of camping and outdoor living accessories from the likes of Snow Peak and Sea to Summit.

The ground floor includes some of our favourite brands such as Patagonia, Mountain Equipment, adidas Terrex and Mammut. At the back of the store, you'll find our designated Ruffwear section with maybe a dog treat or two for your four-legged friend. You can also treat yourself to a locally roasted coffee via our Rocket espresso machine situated at the till.

The first floor features the bright and colourful Cotopaxi, outdoor stalwarts The North Face's pinnacle Summit Series clothing line and new kids on the block, merino specialists Artilect.

Our second floor has recently been refurbished and is now a dedicated Arc'teryx floor with the latest gear, whilst up there why not have a lookout on our balcony where you can see Loughrigg Fell and the full panoramic view of the Fairfield Horseshoe.
