On challenging terrain over long distances, the Running Poles Carbon will save your legs and improve stability. Made from 100% 3K carbon, these super lightweight poles weigh only 420g per pair. Constructed in 3 sections with a Z-fold flick lock design, they are quick and easy to put together, fold, and stow, ensuring stand-still periods are minimal. Adjustable, and available in two length ranges to suit your height, the poles can be used both over flat stretches and more extreme gradients, ideal for trail running. Extended handles enable the grip to be altered to the terrain, quick release gloves allow freedom of movement, and interchangeable concave carbide tips, rubber paws, and snow baskets deliver 4-season functionality, and lasting durability.
